What do AMTs that reach 40 years of service at AA get at TUL and AFW?

At MCI, a forty year pin is given and a handshake from the person's supervisor. Coffee and donuts are included. I can remember when a milestone such as this warranted a nice dinner from management. hae.gif

All you receive is a pin and a plaque from the company. Nothing else is done from the company, the union sometimes does something when a person reaches a certain years of service.
