Recently I read an article about OT compensation for corporate AMT's. The gist of the article stated that although most guys or gals are salaried, they must, by Federal law, be paid OT. There were several stipulations for this requirerment. First, how others compensated for OT (in Corporate), Second, do you maintain a time sheet? P.S. I write this on a Sat. PM awaiting my bird to show up. _________________ Don't mess with me now!

I heard something like this going around via unions shop talk also.
Although I think the states will(could) make changes the talk the unions gave was that BIG corporate lobbyists are pushing to get overtime pay eliminated in return for issuing pay free comp time.
Although I personally don't think this will happen, it is non the less a valid threat.
BIG CORPORATIONS would save tons of money if something like this became law. _________________
