1997
A Comair Embraer 120 Brasilia crashed while on approach to Detroit Metropolitan Airport. The crew was instructed to slow to 170 knots by Air Traffic Control and complied. This speed was below the stall speed of the aircraft in icing conditions, and the plane entered a spin and impacted the ground. All 29 on board were killed.

That means "Fly United" right. LMAO There was a major stink at Indy over T-Shirts that had a big FU on them with small print that said Fly United. Seems management found it offending. They were told people were advertising for the company. ahem.gif

Oops forgot to say those tool boxes in the picture belonged to the mechanics that were laid off and were staged for loading onto a truck to take them out to the peoples vehicles. flipa.gif
