Keep it realistic

We are professional people if we want professional pay and benefits we need to act like professionals.

I think all will agree that the base pay has to go up.
I don't think you will find anyone that will tell you they are happy with the pay.

So what is a fair wage?

I have spent a considerable amount of time reading over other Air carriers contracts and built a wage survey.

I will also be working on a cost of inflation comparison chart to give us some ideas on how much our daily expenses have increased in the past years.

I think we need a REAL flight benefit.

What if we were to get 1 positive space round trip ticket per person on our JA in lieu of the all but worthless vacation passes?

I'm tired of working for a airline and having to buy tickets on sometimes competitors flights just so I can enjoy my hard earned vacation!
