I last worked at Mc Donnell Douglas in 93 and I never got my A&P and I have jet maintenance experience, but it is not recent. What are my chances of getting back into the game, and should I bother? I have been out of touch with the industry for about 10 years now.

Hi and welcome!
It's my opinion that the industry is really tightened up with non A&Pers. With the fall of some really big carriers over the last 10 years there have been an influx of qualified mechanics.
Don't get me wrong that there still aren't some positions out there that don't require licenses, but I think they are way less then 10 yrs ago.

Not sure where you are located but many Major Repair Stations are looking for mechanics and if you have experience but no A&P these places can get you a Repairman Certificate.
