John Prestifilippo will join Spirit as Senior Vice President, Technical Operations. With nearly 20 years of airline maintenance management experience, Prestifilippo will be responsible for the maintenance and engineering of Spirit's new, state-of-the-art Airbus fleet. The fleet transition is expected to be complete in 2006.

John Prestifilippo comes to Spirit Airlines from US Airways where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Maintenance and Engineering. Prior to US Airways, Presitfilippo was at Continental Express Airlines, where he held the position of Vice President, Technical Services and Operations. He also held other senior-level management positions at both Continental Express and Continental Airlines, including Senior Director of Maintenance Technical Operations and Senior Director of Base Maintenance. John is a veteran of the United States Air Force and attended the University of Maryland, the University of California and Stockton State University. He holds an Airframe and Powerplant license.

Tony Lefebvre will join Spirit as Senior Vice President, Customer Service. Lefebvre will be responsible for airport services, all ground operations, and the systems operation control center.

Tony Lefebvre comes to Spirit from US Airways where he most recently held the position of Managing Director, Europe. Lefebvre was responsible for the European Division. He managed a staff of professionals based in Europe including airport customer service, sales and marketing and a call center in Liverpool. Tony has spent 18 years in the airline industry, of which 15 years have been with US Airways in various positions of increasing responsibility. Tony holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
