Pemco Aviation Group Announces Tentative Agreement with IAM

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2005--Pemco Aviation Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:PAGI - News) announced today that a tentative agreement has been reached between Pemco World Air Services, Inc., its Dothan, Alabama subsidiary, and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO Local Lodge No. 1632 ("IAM"), subject to membership ratification. The tentative agreement allows the Company to move forward on a more competitive basis for both current and future customers.
